Canada - here comes satellite radio!

Applicants Sirius Canada and Canadian Satellite Radio, each of which has a U.S. partner. Details of the new Canadian content commitments not immediately available but the number of French-language channel will be increased from three to four. As part of the agreement, CSR and Sirius have increased the power of French influence and broadcasting. Promise both with 8 channels in Canada, half English and half French.
